* George Bulie Hubbard's Mo. Death Certificate #10023, dated 19 March 1913 for date of death, father was Wm Hubbard born Virginia, Mother was Poindexter, born Virginia.
* "Pioneer Families of Missouri" by Bryan and Rose written in 1876, stated "Richad Poindexter married Miss Ford of Virginia and one of their children was Caroline K, Richard Poindexter settled In Montgomery Co Mo in 1837". Wm M Hubbard and Caroline settled in Montgomery Co Mo about 2 years earlier in 1835,
