Petition of Madison Prickett for letters of administration on the estate of Jacob Prickett, deceased. He represents that he is the only heir at Law. Filed 12 July 1858.

Bond of Madison Prickett, administrator: $2000. Sureties: George P. Farmer and E. S. Terrell.

Inventory and appraisal made by G. P. Farmer, J. W. Chapman, and L. Wetmore. Included were 320 acres land in Tarrant County, the preemption claim of decedent; household furniture: livestock: notes on E. Merrill, J. S. Hanly, and G. W. Crow: accounts on Mrs. Craig and Charles Turner: and $102.88 in cash. Total value: $1444. Sworn 30 October 1858 before G. Nance, Clerk.

Heirs Bond: $1600., made by Madison Prickett. Sureties: G. P. Farmer and E. M. Daggett. 29 November 1858.
