Manuel E. Vejil, 74, of Imperial, a farmer, died Monday, Feb. 2, 1998, at his residence. Rosary will be said at 7 p.m. Thursday at Imperial Community Center. Mass will be celebrated at 2 p.m. Friday at Imperial Community Center with the Rev. Jim Cheaumont officiating. Burial will be at Imperial Cemetery. Arrangements by Fort Stockton Funeral Home. He was born in Buena Vista and was a lifelong resident of Imperial. He was Catholic. five years old. Bioncey was born August 14, 2001 in Fort Stockton. Bioncey was the daughter of Eddie Villa and Blanca
Mercedez Villa.

29 years old. Blanca was the daughter of Francisco Ramos and Aide Carrasco Barrera. She was born February 23, 1978 in
Fort Stockton. Blanca married Eddie Villa July 18, 1992 in Fort Stockton.

Petra Gomez Velasquez, 89, of Lubbock, a homemaker, died Friday, Oct. 17, 2003, in Lubbock. Mass will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Fort Stockton Catholic Cemetery . Arrangements by Fort Stockton Funeral Home. She was born in Fort Stockton and moved to Kermit in 1962 and to Lubbock in 1983. SURVIVORS: Sons, Gerardo (Lalito) Velasquez of Odessa, Joe Del Velasquez of Lubbock; daughters, Francisca Viola Acosta of Dallas, Adelaida Dominguez of Midland, Yolanda Mendez of Lubbock; brother, Sabino Gomez of Fort Stockton; sisters, Jesusita Gomez and Sarah Gomez; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren |

Antonina C. Villalba, 91, of Fort Stockton, died Saturday, Sept. 3, 2005 in Fort Stockton. Rosary was Sept. 6, 2005 at St. Agnes Catholic Church, Mass was celebrated Wednesday, Sept. 7, 2005 at St. Agnes Catholic Church with Rev. Floro Hincay officiating. Burial followed at Fort Stockton Catholic Cemetery . She was born in Marathon. She was Catholic. Survivors include her sons, Andres Villalba of Fort Stockton, Manuel Villalba Jr. of El Paso and Frank Villalba of Fort Stockton; daughters, Josie Losoya of Alpine, Viola Arcides of Chino, Calif., Minda Nunez of San Antonio, Alcia Valenzuela of El Paso and Irene Casa, Oralia Villalba, Manuela Ruiz, Celia Velasquez and Delma Mata, all of Fort Stockton; sisters Elodia Perez of Perris, Calif., Eufemia Salas of Aagermon, N.M. and Josefina Galindo of Sheffield; 39 grandchildren; 61 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren |

Eva G. Vasquez of Houston, died Friday, May 11, 2007, in Houston. She was 93 years
old. She was born May 5, 1914, in Balmorhea. She lived in Fort Stockton before moving to Houston in 1997.

Ramiro "Mirro" Urias Velasquez, 71, Fort Stockton, died January 26, 2006
at Odessa. Born June 1, 1934, he was the son of J. L. and Gregoria Urias Velasquez. They preceded him in death. Ramiro
was united in marriage to Celia Villalba, May 10, 1959 at Fort Stockton.
A rosary was held January 27 at St. Agnes Catholic Church, Fort Stockton. Funeral services were held January 28 at St. Agnes Catholic Church. Father Joey Faylona officiated. Interment was in Fort Stockton Catholic Cemetery . Arrangements were under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home, Fort Stockton. |

Jocelyn Angelique Vargas, infant, died Tuesday, May 29, 2007, in Midland. She was
born in Fort Stockton February 21, 2007, to Pedro Jr. and Ashley Cantu Vargas.

Olga S. Valenzuela
Olga S. Valenzuela, Fort Stockton, died Monday, July 2, 2007, in Fort Stockton. She was 63 years old. Born March 30, 1944, in Fort Stockton, she was the daughter of Jésus and Gloria R. Sanchez. A lifelong resident of Fort Stockton, she was a retired Insurance Agent, a past president of GI Forum and a Catholic. Olga and Daniel Valenzuela were united in marriage November 22, 1963. Her husband, Daniel Valenzuela; her father, Jésus Sanchez, and her infant son, Manuel Valenzuela, preceded her in death.
Olga is survived by her mother, Gloria R. Sanchez, Fort Stockton; her son, James S.
Valenzuela and his wife, Marlissa, Fort Stockton; her brothers, Oswaldo Sanchez, Taylor; and Armando Sanchez and his
wife, Bertha, Del Rio; and her sisters, Linda Dominguez, Midland; and Ginny Sanchez, Austin. Three grandchildren, Kobi
Valenzuela, Daniel Valenzuela and Jaci Valenzuela; her Mother-in-Law, Alicia G. Valenzuela; Sisters-in-Law, Ramona
Saavedra and husband, Ruben; and Ribia Gonzales and husband, Ricky; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and
friends also survive Olga.
