September 12 - The same old Schedule confusion
September 20 - Seniors elect class officers
September 21 - Juniors follow suit
October 10 - Senior Class meeting at Mrs. Winter's. Editors for School Notes elected
October 25 - The momentuous question settled at last! We WILL have an Annual and a good one
October 25 - Annual Staff duly elected. Poor things, they didn't know what they were in for.
October 27 - Halloween Carnival at the School House. Very Spooky.
November 3 - Physics class adjourned to Seven-Mile Hill to measure density of the atmosphere. Is it necessary to go so far from the class room?
November 8 - Mrs. Winter's English Club organized
November 11 - The Panthers poured it on the Alpine Lobos.
November 12 - Sophs rendered a patriotic program
November 15 - R-R-Rip! - - Merely the first Whiz-Bang of the season finding its way to the waste basket by Mr. Reeve's guidance.
November 16 - Matinee at the Queen Theater. Benefit of the Annual
November 17 - Seniors acquire a little knowledge concerning famous authors. Book-Report evening at Helen McDowells
November 18 - Group pictures for the Annual taken. "Heavens, lend me your comb. Gotta Vanity?"
November 19 - "Fish" initiated in true style. Thought we'd forgotten you, didn't you?
November 24-25 - Thanksgiving Holidays. Whoops!
November 28 - Juniors stage a one-act play in Chapel
November 28 - The pillars are finished in Study Hall
December 12 - Senior Chapel program. The Faculty as they were in their "youth." We decided to take the day off immediately afterwards, and put in a hectic day at the Lake.
December 15 - Mary Naomi Gibson entertained the Seniors with a Christmas Kid Party. Lots of fun
December 16 - Out for the holidays! The flu epidemic isn't so bad in some ways.
January 3 - Help the same old grind
January 4 - Attempts to swell the Annual funds by candy sales fail to prove profitable
January 5 - Boy, Howdy! The Senior rings arrived
January 6 - Why the general atmosphere of gloom and tragedy? - Cause enough. Mid-terms!
January 7 - Seniors gave a dance at W.O.W
January 8 - Colonel Alvin Owsley, ex-commander of American Legion spoke to us. We all promised to vote for him as Senator
January 14 - Football sweaters awarded
January 17 - High School Dance at Club House
January 18 - Teachers of the Mexican School entertain with bridge and forty-two party at the W.O.W.
January 19 - Physics class inspect the Light Plant
January 22 - Grand occasion. Junior-Senior Banquet
January 23 - The Fish stage a Box Supper at the W.O.W.
March 8 - The DAY. Event of the year. In other words, SENIOR DAY
March 12 - James and Foster win the preliminaries in Debate
March 13 - Someone is getting careless. Mrs. Winter found SOME note.
March 14 - Mighty Casey succumbs to the Mumps
March 22 - High School Carnival. Seniors put over five of their candidates.
March 23 - Our library increased by some $1,500 worth of books
March 27 - Circus in town
April 2 - April Fool is past, and you know the rest. Everyone played hookey but the Seniors! The Black Liist was to long to read the next day.
April 6 - Athletic Association organized. Casey craves "efficiency." English department decide we need parliamentary training.
April 10 - Dramatic Club Banquet at the DeFord Cafe
April 13 - Baptist Ladies banquet the Seniors
April 13 - County meet held here. Sophomores won.
April 20 - District meet at Alpine
May 1 - James and Foster left for Austin
May 4 - They win the first preliminaries. Good for you! Whoops!
May 4 - "Importance of Being Earnest." First Senior play. Great Success.
May 5 - Baseball game with Rankin
May 20 - Baccalaureate Sermon
May 22 - "Seventeen." Second Senior play
May 25 - Graduation exercises
