Survivors include his daughter, Guadalupe Ontiveros; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wives, Luz C. Moreno and Carmen G. Moreno. Funeral Mass will be at 8 a.m. today in San Ignacio Catholic Church. Burial will be in Fort Bliss National Cemetery. Arrangements are by Hillcrest Funeral Home-Carolina.

who worked for Asarco for 32 years, died Wednesday (Jan. 10, 2001). He was 94 years old and a lifelong resident of El Paso. Survivors include his wife, Consuelo; his sons, Marcelo Herrera Jr., Reynaldo Herrera, Francisco Herrera and Ricardo Herrera; his daughters, Betty Limon, Consuelo Beard, Maria Luisa Valverde, Dolores Herrera, Rosario Ortega and Carolina Herrera; 34 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and several cousins, nephews and nieces. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Eduardo Herrera and Guadalupe Herrera, and his sister, Victoria Herrera.
