* Rebecca is only 14 or 15 years old when she married Thomas. She was 11 years older than her second husband, Hagy. He lived next door to Rebecca and first husband, Thomas. After she marries Hagy, he becomes guardian to her children, but this is later changed to Allen Temple. Her tombstone lists her as Rebecca Strawn Hagy. In the will of Thomas Hurley, she received everything as long as she remained a widow, then it was to be divided among the sons.
