* Obituary in the 10 Feb 1887 issue of Southern Christian Advocate:
On 22 Dec 1886, Mrs. S. L. Wilson wife of Charles E. Wilson. She was born in
Darlington County, SC 9 Oct 1858 (?) 15 years a member of the ME Church - leaves husband
and four children.
* Lived with a Mr. Briant on Bay Branch married a Mr. Barnes of North Carolina This
information was given by Q. J. Ham Darlington Co.,
* SC Deed books - Theophilus Ham bought from his father Frederick Ham - 112 acres on
Bay Branch, which he deeded to his daughter Sarah L. Ham and John F. Ham.
He gives his personal estate to John F. Ham (son) and Sarah L. Ham (daughter) setting
aside any claim his daughter Anna Ham or her heirs might have to the same. "The division of
the same not to be made untill the death of myself and my wife, Eliza. J. Ham."
