A baby, 13 months old, LeRoy PINKERTON was buried July 21, 1885 in an unmarked grave. Alpheus age 84, was buried December 27, 1937. These are the only two buried on the PINKERTON plot: Block 21, Lot 50 (Southwest Quarter), the remaining lots are empty. Two additional Pinkertons buried at the Riverside Cemetery are in single graves in other locations and do not appear to be the same family: Baby PINKERTON, 2 months old, interred August 8, 1905 and Charles J. PINKERTON died in 1955 at the age of 46 years."
