* Alexandria Twp; Hunterdon Co. NJ at start of Rev. War until 1786; then to PA (Pension); Narrative by Anna (Johnson) Trembley. They moved to Northumberland (Now Union) County, PA - settled in Buffalo Township (West Buffalo was formed in 1793 from Buffalo). Once operated a grist and saw mill on Rapid Run Creek, possibly near Mifflinburg. He purchased the mill from Enoch Thomas in 1787 and sold it to John Hoffered in 1808.
