I do not remember his wife, but as a child I remember him in Sunday School. Before some remodeling was done in the church, there was one of a pair of swinging stained glass doors donated in 1911 by William GREEN. They separated the Sunday School Room from the entrance hall. The doors were removed to comply to fire laws. In 1960, Elizabeth FERTIG donated China to the church in the name of her grandfather, William GREEN."
