Search Tips

The main search engine (here and on the home page) is updated weekly on Monday.

Search Tips:
• Searches are not case sensitive.
• Use the asterisk * as a wildcard.
• Search for phrases by enclosing search terms in quotation marks.
  
  Examples:
• John AND Ruffin retrieves pages in which the words John and Ruffin both appear somewhere in the fgs.
• "John Ruffin" (with quotes) retrieves pages where the word John appears next to the word Ruffin.
• John Ruffin (without quotes) finds pages where either the word John or the word Ruffin appears.
• John ANDNOT Ruffin retrieves pages that contain the word John but not the word Ruffin.
• Richards* finds all words beginning with Richards, including Richards, Richardsen, Richardson, etc.
• Try shep*rd for all those variations of Shepherd!
