* Probate records for will of Bazaleel Wells has signature of George B. Wells as his son.

Notes:
* I believe Mary Carpenter is George's second wife. Elnora's birth is recorded in Delaware Co. and has Mary Simons listed as her mother. There is a marriage record for George and Mary Carpenter for 4 Apr 1880 in Delaware Co., therefore this Mary cannot be the mother of either Elnora or Louise who were born prior to that date.
