a resident of Deerfield Township, in said County of Warren, died on or about 9 day of August 1922 at Mason, Ohio, R.R.
leaving Anna C. Irwin his widow of the age of 30 years, whose place of residence and P.O. address is Mason, Ohio. and
the following person is his only heirs at law and next of kin. Name: Lee Irwin, place of residence and P.O. address:
Mason, Ohio. Age: 16 years. Relationship: son
The undersigned asked to be appointed Administrator of the estate of said decedent and on his oath a foresaid says:
The amount of personal property will be about: $1200.00 and of real estate: none. Total: $1200.00
The following is a statement of all indebtedness the deceased had against the undersigned: none.
Amounting to none including in the amount of personal property above stated.
There is not to his knowledge any last Will and Testament of the alleged intestate.
He offers a bond as such Administrator in the sum of $2000.00 and sureties thereon. Wm. H. Irwin signed. Sworn to

Public Sale:
The undersign will offer for sale at public auction, at the late residence of Harry L. Irwin deceased, in Deerfield
Township, Warren County, Ohio on the 20th day of September 1922 the Personal Property of said Harry L. Irwin, deceased
consisting in part of four (4) head of horses, three (3) mules, eight (8) head of cattle and farming inplements and
growing corn in the field, hay in the mow, oats in the bin and many other articles.
Sale to commence at 10 o'clock, forenoon.
Terms-Purchases amounting to three dollars or less to be paid in cash; above that sum, note on six months time, with
two or more approved sureties will be taken.
