Services for William H. Gnagey, formerly of 210 Howell Ave., will be conducted at 1:30 Wednesday at Marker Funeral
Home, 1706 N. Main St., by Dr. Norman B. Wine, Burial in Bethel Cemetery, Randolph Township, Montgomery County, Ohio,
Phillipsburg. Friends may call at the funeral home from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. tomorrow. Mr. Gnagey died at 1:45 p.m. yester
at the Church of the Brethren home, Greenville. He had lived there the past two and one half years. He had lived in
Dayton 30 years. He had been a bookkeeper at Central Coal Co. before retiring in 1943. He was a member of Mack Memorial
Church of the Brethren and financial secretary 23 years. Survivors are his wife, Allie; 3 daughters, Mrs. Miriam
Brumbaugh of Troy, Mrs. Zelda Lowry of West Milton, and Mrs. Helen Bowman of Dayton; a sister, Mrs. Effie Broadwater of
Larnark, IL; 3 brothers Lloyd of West Milton, Samuel C. of Arcanum, and Milt of Myersday, PA; 8 grandchildren and 11
great grandchildren.
