Documentation: The date of birth for Fern Heisler disagrees with what is
already on the web site, however it is taken from the birth certificate of
Fern's oldest child (still living). The same birth certificate is also the
source of the year of Earl Heisler's birth. In addition, Fern's oldest child
knows that she was younger than Earl. The remainder of the dates are from
records of Fern's oldest living child. (We know that Harvey was born in 1925
because Fern died from complications of childbirth shortly after his birth.)
Fern did not have a child Mary Lou (it's possible that Mary Lou was Harvey's
wife). Also, please note that Earl and Fern's second child is spelled Marion,
not Marian.
