NOTES:
All of the NOLAND children were born at home. Ben and "Nettie" lived in
Missouri until 1913, when they moved to Bedford, Taylor County, IA. They
moved to Denver, CO. about 1938/39. At 86 years and 10 months of age,
"Nettie" took her first plane trip, going from Denver, CO. to Iowa to see
her family there. Nettie and Ben had 29 grandchildren and 3 step grand-
children. The great-grandchildren are too numerous to count, but there are
family files on many of them. Would like more information on Benjamin
NOLAND's mother, Lillian (HOLLINGSWORTH) NOLAND. After her husband, Hiram
(Harmon) NOLAND died, she married William H. NOLAND. Nothing more is known
about her, her parents or siblings. For information on Benjamin and Genetta's
ancestors/descendants, please contact me, as I have a lot of information on
them from CO, MO, NC, MD and other states also back to Ireland and am also
in contact with some of the older, living NOLAND's.
