Kinsey WEST, son of Joseph and Mary OFFUTT WEST, wrote his Will on November 19, 1834 and died soon thereafter. He died unmarried and left his estate to his brothers and sisters. Named in the estate records are: Elisha WEST, Burgys P. WEST, R.
