* Wherry CANNON served in CSA Co F 64th Georgia Infantry and died from injuries in the war. I have found that he was a PVT and entered the war on July 31, 1863 and was captured at Deep Bottom, Virginia August 16, 1864. He was exchanged at Pt. Lookout MD on September 10, 1864.
