Notes:
* Richard Harvey served in Captain Daniel N. Cone's Company and Captain Birds Company in the Florida Volunteer Militia during the Second Seminole Indian War. He enlisted in 1838 and served six months in each company. He was granted a pension for his war service in 1893 that he received until his death. He also received bounty land for his military service. Richard Harvey and his wife were members of Cedar Creek Primitive Baptist Church, located north of Sanderson, in Baker County, Florida.
