* Albert or Bert as he was sometimes called is found in his wife's family Bible. It gives his birth date and where he was born, along with Maude, three step children (MARLOW) and his son by Maude, Don ROSENBERRY. There is no marriage date written.
* He is found in the 1880 census in Greens Fork twp, Randolph Co, Indiana. He is the youngest and it states he is four years old.
* In his brother's obituary (Francis Marion R.), it says the family moved there in 1876 and then to Jay Co, Indiana in 1883. Then in 1884 they moved to Anthony, Harper Co, KS and in 1885 moved to Meade Center twp, Meade Co, KS.
* In the 1900 census Meade Center twp, Meade Co, KS Albert is found living with three older brothers, a young nephew, and his widowed mother.
* In the same 1900 census and twp, Maude with her three sons (MARLOW) are living with her parents.
* In the 1910 Census Albert is listed as head of household with Maude, two of the MARLOW step-sons, and his son by Maude, Don ROSENBERRY, 6 years of age.
* Albert ROSENBERRY was a drayman, had a livery stable and delivered freight from Dodge City, KS to Meade, KS. He delivered freight to the Dalton Gang Hideout and would meet the trains with his surrey and take passengers to their destination. He also owned a small grain elevator at the Meade depot. The three MARLOW brothers took part in this business as did Don ROSENBERRY, until he became City Clerk and then City Superintendent.
