(7) Both Minerva Ann Hall Smith Huckabee and Ezekiel are buried next to Dilly
     and HM Smith's children in Sipe Springs Cemetery. The cemetery records say
     she was Minerva Ann born in 1829 in Tennessee.
(8) Guardianship papers for a Delia or Dila Smith [it is spelled both ways].
     H M Smith Sr. became Delia's guardian about 2 years before a Miss Dillie
     Smith married Henry M. Smith Jr..
