of World War II. He later became an actor and played in about 40 films.
*Virginia DeVore Berry has a memorial stone in Etter Lake Cemetery that gives her death date as
1906 but she was reported as George's wife on the 1910 Federal Census in Hunt County.

At the time of his discharge, child number 8, Audie Leon Murphy was the most decorated veteran
of World War II. He later became an actor and played in about 40 films.
*Virginia DeVore Berry has a memorial stone in Etter Lake Cemetery that gives her death date as
1906 but she was reported as George's wife on the 1910 Federal Census in Hunt County.
My apologies to the family if I have recorded anything incorrectly.
