Notes:
* John Rudolph WAYMIRE was an officer in the body guard of Frederick The Great, a Provincial Governor and fought in the Battle of Dettingen in Germany on 27 Jun 1743. He aroused the ire of the king by refusing to execute a mandate he considered unjust and was put in prison for 30 days. When he got out he talked about how unfair his sentence was and that he would leave the country. Again, he got 30 days. He quietly made his plans to leave and did so summer of 1753 along with his wife, 3 children, his father, mother and 2 sisters. His mother died and was buried at sea.
* John Rudolph WAYMIRE had 7 sons by Mary Elizabeth LOUCK: Daniel, Valentine Frederick, Jacob, David, Henry, Rudolph, and Solomon, all born in Randolph Co., North Carolina.
* Mariann WAYMIRE and Henry YOUNT are my ancesters.
