NOTES: The birth record of a person by the name of Anna CAPAK doesn¹t exist
in the register of Roman-Catholic Rectory Mistek.  It wasn¹t found in
neighbor rectory Frydek (Fridek).  Anna married her first husband, Valentin
SCHINDELARZ, in Mistek on 25 Jan 1831.  She was allegedly 16 years old, her
husband was 24.  Research indicates Anna was 35 years old at the time of her
death.  This information would point to a birth-year 1814 or 1815.  Anna is
recorded as the daughter of deceased Simon CZAPAK, the citizen from Mistek,
house nr. 25, in the record or her marriage to Stephan GIRIK (Stephan Johann
JRZIK).  However, in Mistek only two children of Simon CZAPAK and his wife
Marina (born KLANEZ, also written as KLINEZ) was found: on 4 Feb 1811
daughter Veronika Anna was born.  On 28 Mar 1812 son Franz was born.  Any
other children were not found in the rectory of Mistek or Frydek.  It is
probable, according to researchers, that Anna, first wife of Stephan GIRIK
(Stephan Johann JRZIK), was born before or during the year 1811.  Simon
CZAPAK married Marianna KLANEZ on 6 Feb 1810 in Mistek.  This information
may indicate that Anna CAPAK, first wife of Stephan Johann JRZIK, is the
same person as Veronika Anna CZAPAK, who was born on 4 Feb 1811.

On 18 Oct, 1837, the Marriage Register of the Roman-Catholic Parish Mistek,
records the marriage of Stephan GIRIK, age 22 years, single, to Anna CAPAK,
age 21 years, widow of deceased Valentin Schindelarz.

Initial research indicated Anna died in Mistek, house nr. 65, at the age of
35.  The initial translation of the word "Brand" indicated the cause of her
death was fire.  Later research corrected the translation of the word
"Brand" to mean inflammation.  If Anna was born 4 Feb 1811, she should have
been 38 years old at the time of her death.
