I Robert Berry of Kanawha Township, County of Douglas, State of Kansas, being aware
of the Uncertainty of life and in failing health, but of sound mind and
memory do make and declare this to be my last will and Testament, in manner following to Witt:
First, I give devise devise and bequeath to my wife Margaret Berry her heirs and assigns
forever all my property real personal and mixed, of what matters and kind
sower, notes mortgages and Bank accounts, and at the death of my wife Margaret Berry
all of the remainder of the above named estate be equally divided among
all of my children.  And that John
H. Berry receive five hundred dollars from George Berry being five hundred dollars of the
estate after the death of the mother, and that George B Berry receive the
same as John Berry in land as mentioned in conditional deed , at the death of this mother.
Hereby appoint Margaret Berry my wife and Margaret Ann Berry my daughter, executors of
this my last will and testament.  In witness where of I Robert Berry, the
testator have to this my last will and testament set my hand this 30th day of November 1901,
Robert Berry Signed, sealed, published by the above named Robert
Berry as and for his last will and testament at his request as witnesses have hereunto
subscribed our names as witnesses, in presence of said testator.
