Notes:
* After having their children, Frank and Fronie moved to North Dakota until 1912 when they immigrated to Saskatchewan Canada and Frank homesteaded in the Sweet Hills District, west of Simpson (Homestead Description: Part NW; Section 13; Township 29, Range 27, Meridian W2). Frank later operated the Simpson Hotel and then later established himself in business in Liberty, Saskatchewan where he had a livery stable, a garage, and a blacksmith shop. As a result of a disastrous fire which spread through the business district of the village, he was completely wiped out. In 1913, he moved his family to Penzance, Saskatchewan an built his own blacksmith shop as well as the Penzance garage and storage buildings. The boys, Charlie and Slim, helped their father after their school years - Slim in the blacksmith shop and Charlie in the garage. After Frank died in Penzance in 1928, Fronie moved back to Simpson to be near her daughter, Mae, and her sister Martha Tisdale, and their families. In 1935, she married William Gilmore and remained in Simpson until he died two years later. In 1944, she moved to Des Moines, Iowa where she met and married her third husband, B. F. (Frank) Alexander. She and Frank Alexander remained in Des Moines until their deaths.
