Christian Carpenter, Peter Aker and John Aker executors of the last will and testament of Christian Aker, deceased returns in to court an account of sales and credits of the said deceaseds estate amounting to one thousand and twenty eight pounds three shillings and nine pence which was ordered to be put on record.

The last will and testament of Christian Aker dated the 25th day of June 1776 was produced in open court and proved by the oath of Barbara Aker one of the subscribing witnesses thereto.
Ordered by the court that letters testamentary issue to Peter Aker, Christian Carpenter and John Aker, executors of the last will and testament of Christian Aker, deceased, for all and singular the goods, chattles, rights and credits of the said deceased they complying with the act of Assembly in that case made and provided.

Notes:
* Catherine Eaker and Enoch Parker had at least 9 children. It appears that all of the family leaves North Carolina ca 1825 and appear on the 1830 census of Carroll Co., GA. Enoch did appear for a short time in Missouri but defaulted on his land transaction there and returned to North Carolina before leaving again in 1825.
* Peter Eaker and Jane Kiser are buried in Old Beaverdam Cemetery in North Carolina.
* Christian Eaker, Jr. who married Jane Wilson is buried in Old Ebenezer Church Cemetery in Missouri. This is now Bollinger County and is between Marble Hill and Laflin.
