* 1840 census has a Jacob Autrey with one male child (John Manning Autrey by his first wife Orry Bowling) age 5-10, one male 20-30 (Jacob would have been 23 for this census); One female age 20-30 (Milly would have been about 17 but could have been listed as 20). So far this is the only census for 1840 where I can find a Jacob Autrey with the right number of people and similar ages.
