* This family is very frustrating. I have a marriage record for Sophia (daughter from 1st marriage) to Ben Edwards but Ben lived with Cornelia (2nd marriage). I have a marriage record for Cornelia to R G Cornelison but he lived with Georgia (2nd marriage). I don't know what happened to Sophia unless perhaps she started using a middle name.
* Cornelia married first R G Cornelison and then married Ben Edwards, who was previously married to older half-sister, Sophia. R G then married little sister, Georgia.
* John J's census records report his age as 33, 44, 54 and 75 so he was probably born in 1826 or 1827.
