* Liza had a child before she was married. Buried in Liberty Cemetery Franklin County, Ar. near her half sister Mary (Simmons) Hudson. One story says Liza rolled over on the child in bed and killed it. Another says it was born dead. A headstone was installed for the child May 1990.
* Liza was a midwife and a good one as she delivered most of the Children in the Waveland, Riley Township area of Yell County, Ar.
