After having ample opportunity Discern his spiritual gifts called the presbytery consisting of the following members and deacons to-wit ministers J.S. GRIGG, H.T. LANE, deacons, G. M. GRIGG and Newton LANE. We the presbytery, after having publicly and carefully examined the Brother, do earnestly recommending him to be fervent in spirit, firm in the faith and strong in church discipline.
